Practical questions
Can you handle several properties?
Yes. Tell us the addresses and what each one needs, and we'll price them individually — sections differ, so a flat per-property rate would only mean overcharging some of them.
Do you deal with the tenant directly?
Only for access and timing, and only if you'd like us to. Instructions, changes and invoices come back to you.
What if the tenant's stuff is all over the lawn?
We'll mow around it rather than move someone's belongings, and tell you what we found. If it's bad enough that we couldn't do a proper job, you'll get a photo and an honest description rather than a surprise.
Can you deal with a badly overgrown property?
That's a big part of this work. See overgrown rescue — it's priced as a recovery job rather than a mow, and quoted up front off a photo or a look.
Do you remove the green waste?
We can, and on a recovery job there's usually a lot of it. Rubbish removal is a separate line on the quote because of dump fees, so you can see exactly what the disposal costs.
What are your payment terms?
Invoice after the job, bank transfer. If your agency runs on different terms, tell us and we'll work with it.
