Short answer: Most people who call FRESHTURF aren't after an ongoing lawn service. They have one specific reason — a house going on the market, a tenancy ending, an inspection, a mower that's died, a fortnight in hospital, or family arriving on Friday.
All of it is normal work for us across South Auckland, most of it can be a single visit, and none of it commits you to anything afterwards.

Anything with a settlement date, a photographer or a removal truck attached. These have hard deadlines, so they get priority scheduling — we just need to know the date.
Rentals & property management
Booked by tenants, landlords, owners and agencies. We deal with whoever books, invoice them rather than whoever lives there, and send completion photos on request.
Businesses & shared property
Scheduled grounds maintenance for premises and complexes. Fixed price per visit, monthly itemised invoicing, and work timed around your trading hours.
Something's coming up
A date in the diary and a section that isn't ready for it. Two days before is almost always the right time to book — same-day leaves no room if it rains.
