Open Home Ready
Street appeal before the property goes in front of buyers.
- Before real estate photography
- Before an open home or auction
- Before a valuation
- Repeat mow between viewings

Selling, changing tenants, moving, or handing a place over. When the outside has to look right on a particular date, this is the job.
Why it's its own thing
A regular mow can slip a couple of days and nobody minds. A photographer arriving Thursday morning can't. Tell us the date that matters and we'll work back from it.
Street appeal before the property goes in front of buyers.
Getting the grounds to standard between one tenancy and the next.
Leaving a place as you'd want to find it — or fixing what the last lot left.
Empty places still grow. Keeping one looking occupied and cared for.
We take pride in every job— big or small!
Also worth knowing
Presentation jobs are rarely just the grass. Most of these get booked together so it's one visit and one price.
The more the better, but tell us the deadline regardless and we'll be straight about whether we can hit it. Presentation jobs get priority on scheduling because they can't move — but that only works if we know the date.
Yes, and most of these are done on empty properties. We need access and any gate or lockbox details. If it's a tenanted property, the tenant should know we're coming.
Yes — just ask when you book. It's the normal request from agents, property managers and owners who live out of town, and it costs nothing.
Whoever's arranging it. Owner, agent, property manager or family member — we'll bill the person who booked, not whoever happens to live there.
No. Most of this work is genuinely one-off. If the property is going to sit empty for a while, a monthly tick-over is usually cheaper than one big recovery later — but that's your call, not a condition.

Send the details through and we'll come back to you with a price — usually the same day.
Or just call — if we're on a job, you'll get a call back.
